Dear Halle,
I am thrilled to see that you are beginning to read! Research has shown that a child who is read to every day (at least one book) will find it easier to read at an earlier age. I'll have to check with my friend that researches a lot in the area of child literacy (for more accurate data, but she said research has shown a child must have at least 1000 books (I think that is the right number) read to her before she can learn to read by herself! So keep looking at those books Sweetie! It will all makes sense someday!
